Very early check-in, comfortable and secure location next to an internationally known mall-LuLu Mall. Amazingly attentive staff team who really work hard to make you feel like home and amazing hospitality.

Lovely beds and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini bar fridge, and coffee/tea making equipment. Fresh food as for vegetarian breakfast. Very easy to get from Cochin International airport, just 16 miles.

Had a pleasant stay on a ‘ surprise' visit. We stayed in an executive king guest room with expansive views plenty of light. Coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator were a nice touch.

Its location was easy, near to Marriott for four days for a business meeting and Mall and good value for money. Café Saravana Bhavan located 1 mi away was a nice surprise. The room we had included a seating area, a writing desk, iron and ironing board.

Had a perfect 10/10 stay for great services at the lobby level and breakfast time, everything was lovely. The staff was patient, the room was top-notch with the bed behind curtain, rich ambience, for example. Nothing too much trouble, I would recommend, enjoyed it.

The breakfast was outstanding with various cakes and local cuisines, as example, and the team was fast and kept the space fairly clean. I had the deluxe king guest room which was well cleaned with rich ambience. The location was favourable, relatively close to a state-of-the-art air-con mall.

The room was beautifully decorated and well-equipped with very clean beds and canal views. The place had an intimate atmosphere. Location: the hotel was near to the biggest shopping mall in cochin, all fields and the western Marriott. There was an authentic restaurant nearby.
